This was as good an experience as the last time and I appreciate the exceptional customer service and quality work this shop is known for.

I hope I don’t ever get hit again, but if I do, I’ll be going here for the repair work.

Where should I start? Bistagne Brothers really wow-ed me today. I scratched a small part in the back of my car today and the first thing I did was drive straight to them! They were fast, nice and very efficient! I left their shop within 20 minutes with my car looking as new as ever. As if the scratch never even happened!

I worked with Eddie, he was very kind and professional and helped me get out of there in no time. Felt great being treated like a priority! Will definitely recommend everyone I know to come here!

Being involved in a 4 car accident on a local freeway, my new Chevy truck sustained considerable body damage. Our family has always successfully used Bistagne Bros. for our auto body needs in the past so there was no question that they would be the ones to repair my brand new truck for this incident. They were courteous, friendly, professional and reasonable. They repaired my truck within the timeline promised and their work was excellent. The repaired side panels and bumpers are flawless. There is no evidence of the body work…my truck still looks brand new.

After getting rear ended a friend reminded me of Bistagne Bros, which has been around forever. I took my ride there, gave em the insurance paperwork and it was that simple. Robert explained the process and they gave me a ride to work.

About nine days later, nearly exactly what they quoted me, they called because it was done. The work was perfect, and I mean perfect. You’d never know $7k in damage was done. It was beautiful.

Should I ever need a body shop again, Bistagne Bros is a no brainer.

A class act. Truly excellent service, and such nice people! Last fall someone hit me and my side door looked awful. By the time Bistagne Bros was done, my car looked brand new, and a few people even thought it was!! Sadly, my car was recently totaled by a hit and run, and Bistagne Bros could not have been more helpful and kind…  Can’t recommend this place enough. I trust them completely and will certainly always use them in the future.

I hate it when my car needs a body shop, but there’s no better place to go….when you need one. Bob and Chuck always take care of us. Their waiting room is spic and span. Free wi-fi. It’s never fun or convenient to leave your car, rent a car, file claims, and so on — but Bistagne Brothers help do what they can to make it less stressful, more pleasant.
